Frequently asked questions
How does pricing work?
Two parts. A fixed monthly fee (estimated above), based on your revenue, transaction volume, and number of accounts — plus a one-time Setup and Catch Up / Clean Up fee if your past books need work. Both are fixed and quoted upfront on your call, and your monthly is billed on the 1st.
Are there any one-time fees when I sign up?
Only if your books need Setup or Catch Up / Clean Up work — that's a one-time, fixed fee, quoted upfront and separate from your monthly. If your books are already current, there may be none.
What's not included in my monthly price?
Your monthly covers your income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. It does not include year-end tax filing, sales tax, AR/AP, or inventory management — but we work directly with your CPA and hand off clean, tax-ready books.
How do prices change as I grow?
We price accurately upfront and hold it. If your business grows significantly, or you add marketplaces or accounts that weren't part of the original quote, we'll reprice fairly — no surprise increases.
What's your cancellation policy? What if I prepay for the year?
Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, with one final billing. There's a 3-month minimum for new clients. Prepay annually and you get 10% off, with your price locked in for the full year.
Is my first month really free?
Yes. Your first month of monthly bookkeeping is on us when you start. Any one-time Catch Up or Clean Up work is quoted separately and stated clearly upfront.
